We would like to inform our valued customers that the national secretariats of CUB TRANSPORTS, SGB, and USB have declared a strike lasting 23 hours and 59 minutes and 3 hours and 50 minutes respectively, on SEPTEMBER 8, 2026. The strike is called for the renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Railway Activities. This strike, if not called off, may cause delays or cancellations of train services during the following time slots: FROM 12:00 AM TO 5:04 AM, FROM 8:06 AM TO 12:29 PM, AND FROM 3:31 PM TO 11:59 PM. Additionally, we inform you that, for the current year, the strikes called by these same organizations have averaged a 3.6% participation rate among staff. However, please note that: •
the strike is a constitutionally guaranteed individual right, even if exercised collectively, and employees are not obligated to declare their absence from work in advance; •
The worker can join any protest even if they are not a member of the union that called or joined the strike.
