The Municipal Administration of Cagnano Varano has imposed restrictions on vehicular traffic with Ordinance No. 4 of April 10, 2026.
Therefore, on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 11:59 PM, all interregional (state) bus services will stop for passengers to alight and/or pick up only at the facility located in Via A. Moro, near the Church of San Francesco, while public transport services will stop for passengers to alight and/or pick up both at the facility located in Via A. Moro, near the Church of San Francesco, and at the one near the former municipal slaughterhouse.
Likewise, connections between the bus to/from Carpino – Ischitella – Vico del Gargano and the one to/from Rome will be made only at the Via A. Moro facility.
On Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., replacement bus services, heading to or departing from Cagnano Varano station, must follow the following route:
S.S. 89 – Via Ungaretti – Via Socrate – Via Montegrappa – train station and vice versa, in the direction of the former municipal slaughterhouse.
